As a Sales Associate for our esteemed client, a premier real estate marketplace, you will assume a key role as a strategic resource to realtors, facilitating the enhancement of their digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Utilizing engaging presentations, your responsibility will be to steer clients towards subscribing to our client's cutting-edge platform, thus augmenting their marketing pursuits. The rigorous training program ensures success in representing their brand with proficiency. • Strategic Partnership: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue through a subscription-based model. • Business Expansion: Execute outbound calls to identify and capitalize on new business prospects, effectively sealing deals to expand client base. • Virtual Presentations: Articulate the unique value proposition of our client's offerings through compelling virtual presentations. • Proactive Achievement: Exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks through proactive sales initiatives. • Collaborative Spirit: Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with team members to collectively enhance revenue generation efforts. • Client-Centric Focus: Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing client needs with tailored solutions, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Mandatory Criteria: • Bachelor’s Degree qualification. • Minimum of six months' experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, preferably within the realms of digital marketing/advertising or residential real estate. • Track record of achievement in a corporate sales setting. • Proven proficiency in customer relationship management and cultivation. • Results-oriented mindset complemented by analytical acumen. • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving business landscape
